How do I edit or remove media elements?

Can banner elements exist but not be visible in the rotation?

Yes. This is useful if you have a lot of slides that should exist in your rotation but you only want to show a certain set for a particular time period and then revert back to other slides without having to rebuild the elements again. When working with each slide, you will see a checkbox for 'Published'. When checked, the date range will apply and the slide will display during that date range. If unchecked, the slide will not be included in the rotation.
