Can I have a gallery of ecards to display to the visitor once they load the page?

Yes. Simply click the 'Add New' button to create new ecards and when finished all ecards within the same page part will be a gallery listing when viewed on your site.

How do I edit and delete ecards?

To edit ecards, click the 'edit' link beside the ecard you are wanting to edit.  To delete an ecard, check the box to the left of the ecard you are wanting to delete and then click the 'archive' button.

When the visitor sends an ecard to someone else, can I have extra information added to it about my organization?

Yes. This is a great way to add in extra information about your website or organization behind the scenes. When creating each ecard, you will be given the editor to enter in the footer information you would like to include.  This information will display below the entered information from the sender.

How long does it take for the ecard to send when someone sends it?

Ecards send instantly from our system when a visitor clicks send.  However, depending on the recipients email program, spam and filtering rules / services, it could take a few minutes to receive the ecard.

What happens if I delete the media image file used for the ecard in the main files area of the system?

Our system checks for file usage during the delete process and it will notify you if it is in use before you accidentally delete it.  If you do delete an image that is in use for an ecard, the image will no longer be used for the ecard, so you must go and edit the ecard and choose a different image.
