Users

You can setup different users to have access to the ADMIN area to work on your site.  With each user you are able to work with their profile, password, and permissions. Each user will have an avatar (small image), and an edit / delete option should you need to work with their profiles. You can also 'archive' users which allows you to temporarily disable their access and remove them from your user accounts, until you re-activate them.  This is useful, for example, if someone is leaving on maternity leave.  Their user profile can be temporarily archived until they return!

To manually add a user to to your account

   1. Within the system   click on the "Settings" Tab.  the system will bring you to the User's area and you will see a listing of your account's users.
   2. Click on the 'Add New' button.  Next, you will see the information needed to complete to add a new user to your site along with their permission set. *Note: When adjusting the permission set for pages, you still need to give a user edit rights to each page that they should be able to edit that they do not own.  The owner of a page is the person that created it.  You can read more about editing restrictions by clicking here.
   3. When you are finished click the "Save" button to complete the addition.

To edit a user, click the 'Username' link of the profile you are wanting to edit.

To remove a user from your account, you can temporarily remove the user by checking the box to the left of the user's name and then click the 'Archive' button.  To remove the user completely, click the 'People' tab and access the 'Administrators' group.  Within the group find the profile you are wanting to delete, and click on the 'Username' link of that profile.  Within the profile, you will see a link at the bottom of the profile to 'Delete this Person'.
