Easily display a folder of your files on the front end of your website for your website visitors to have access to.
To add this page part to your page, access and edit the page that you are wanting to add the page part on. Click on the 'install page part' bubble and choose the 'Apps' tab. Select the 'File Cabinet' page part and give the page part a name. You will see the new page part on the page.
A list of your folders from your "Files" tab will be displayed so that you can select which folder to display files from. If you choose any 'parent' folder than has 'child' folders all child folders and files will also be included. Click on the folder name to select it.
Next select the front end viewing options for your website visitors. This includes searching, paging, and sorting of all the files and folders. You can also choose to display the folders / files as a list or grid view by default.
You can use this page part to give 'member only access' to these files as well. NOTE: When you setup member restrictions for pages, you are not giving restrictions to particular folders / files or to just this page part but rather access to the entire page. Read more about Access Permissions here.
