This is where you will add store categories and products to your store.

Store Categories
To add new store categories to your store click on the 'New Category' button.
Enter the information for the category and click save. Choose an image to associate to the category. This is useful when displaying a list of categories for your customers.Set the menu option based on your preferences to display this category within your submenus for your store. Enter a brief description for the category. Set the access permissions for the category. If you want to make this category available to members only check the box that says, 'Activate Access Restrictions'. If you activate access restrictions, the system will display your groups and members so that you can choose who should be granted access to access the category.
Store Products
To add new products click on the 'New Product' button. Enter all the appropriate information for the product. You will see the item's information to enter including the name, brief description, price, details, photos, and more.
When you add a new product you'll see a view of tabs to enter (or edit) the product's information. NOTE: You'll need to enter the information under the first 'Basic' tab first and save the product before all the other editing tabs become available.
To edit an existing product click on the product category that contains your product and then click the 'edit' icon to the left of the product name. Make the necessary adjustments and then click the save button.
Downloadable Products
This process will allows you to sell digital products such as audio files (mp3's). The customer will purchase the product in the store as a normal product, and after checkout will receive an email with a link to download the product. The customer will have 3 days to try to download the product. As you are creating your product, you will be able to specify if it is digital or not. If so, you will be able to choose the file that should be downloaded once the customer completes checkout. You can link to a file hosted externally when a product is a digital (downloadable file) product. This is useful if you need to give user's access to a large file that could be hosted on an external file storage site such as Amazon S3.
Inventory
If you wish to use inventory for your product, make sure to check the option to use inventory and enter the current on hand inventory you have. If a product reaches 0 inventory a message will be displayed allowing your visitors to signup for notifications once the product is back in stock!
Product Details
Product Details offers a structured way to present standard details for your product (ex: Size, Weight, Material, etc.). These details appear with the short description and provide quick information to your customer.
Product Variations
Product Variations allow you to offer alternate versions of your product (ex: a shirt that comes in multiple colors). Before using, you must setup Variations within the Product Variations page.Although you will see these variations when adding your product's, they will NOT display on your website with this product unless you enable them with the product in the administration area.
Archiving, Moving, and Deleting Products & Categories
To remove a product from your store, you can temporarily remove it by clicking on the product category that contains your product and then checking the box to the left of the product's name and then click the 'Archive' button.
To remove the product completely, click the box to the left of the product's name and click the 'Delete' button.
To move a product to another category, edit the product and choose the new parent category that the product should be in. Click Save. To move product categories around within your category tree, check the box of the category that you would like to move and then click the 'Move' button. Select the new product parent category and click the 'Move Checked Items' button.
To delete a category completely, check the box beside the category that you would like to delete and click the 'Delete' button.
