To create a hyperlink, you would first type your words into the page part. These steps work best for page parts that use the WYSIWYG editor, which is most page parts: Custom Content, Blog, Calendar, etc.
If you want a link to take users to another website, follow these steps:
- Highlight the words, then select the "link" icon in the editor bar.
- Type in the URL in the provided field (or copy and paste from another browser tab)
- Decide if you want the link to open the user up in a New Browser Tab upon click. If so, navigate to the Target tab in that box and select "Target: New Window" in the dropdown box.
- If you want the link to open within the same browser tab, you don't have to do anything.
- Click Ok to save.
