If you have a Facebook Pixel or Tracking Code, you may need to add some source code to your site. Chances are, this code comes with instructions on how to get this added so that it can appropriately track what you need.
Where do I place my code?
It depends on where this pixel code should go - the Body or Head of your site.
Body Tag
If you need a tag placed in the Body of your site on particular pages, then you may install a Code Module page part and insert the code there. You may also install a Custom Content page part and flip to the "Source" view to insert the tag within the HTML editor.
If you specifically need a tag in the Body of your entire site, then our SiteWrench support team can add that into your templates. Please submit a support ticket within SiteWrench, or email gethelp@sitewrench.com have a ticket auto-generated on your behalf. Please supply the code, and specify for us if you need this script added to all pages of your site, or just a particular page or set of pages. If it's the latter, please supply the URL of those page(s).
Our support team will provide you with an estimate before proceeding with the work for you to approve.
Head Tag
If a tag ever needs to go in the Head of a page, you have two options:
1) Apply to code or pixel the whole site within the Settings section of SiteWrench, where your Google Analytics box lives. Copy and paste in your pixel code underneath your existing Google Analytics code, and do not delete your Google Analytics. Save the settings.
2) Apply the source code on a page by page basis by clicking on the page settings and entering in the script in the Head HTML box and saving.
