Form instructions give the responder context when filing out a field.
Instructions are a great place to include detailed terms that a responder must agree to.
Follow the following instructions to add instructions to a form field.
1. Select a form field to open up the field details.
2. Enter instructions in the Instructions field. The instructions will appear in the preview above the field options.
3. Select the `Done` button to save the instructions.
