How Do I Apply an Answer Template to a Field Multiple Choices?

Answer templates are common pre-set options you can quickly add to a multiple choice field.

Follow the steps below to apply an answer template to a field.

1. Select the multiple choice form field to open up the field details.

2. Select the Use Answer Templates button.

3. Select an answer template to preview the answers.

4. Select the Add Answers button to replace the existing answers with the selected template.

3. Once you have selected your answers, select the Done button to save the answers to the element.
