Add a Choice to a Multiple Choice Field

Follow the steps below to add a new choice to a multiple choice field.

1. Select the multiple choice form field to open up the field details

2. Click the icon next to the choice above where you'd like to add a choice

3. Type the new choice in the text field

4. Once you are done configuring your choices, select the Done button to save your changes.
