Follow these steps to set a start and end date for responses to a form.
1. Navigate to the Settings tab in the Form v2 page part and select "Response Schedule"
2. Make sure that Response Schedule is turned on.
3. Here you can set a specific start and end date and time that responses are allowed.
4. By turning on Pre Response Schedule Message and Post Response Schedule Message, you can make custom messages that will appear before and after the form is open.
5. Be sure to Save Settings when you are done.
