Why should I upgrade to the latest form page part?

The newest version of the form page part is secure, up to date and continually getting new features. The old version of the form page part is no longer being updated. The latest version of the form page part is using a more secure system to process payments. New features and bug fixes are rolling out to the new form page part frequently.

Will this mess up my current form?

No. Your current form most likely won't be messed up. There is the possibility that old scripts or CSS on your site could cause the form to break or hide certain elements.  You can easily downgrade to the old version if you notice any of these issues.

I upgraded to the latest version of the form page part and everything looks wrong. What do I do?

If you notice any issues, feel free to downgrade back to the old version. Then contact our us at support and we'll work on getting whatever issues you encountered squared away. 

Will my current forms stop working?

No. Your current forms most will continue to work just like they have. However, you won't be able to create new forms with v1 and no new bug fixes or features will be added in the future to existing v1 forms. If you want to take advantage of the latest fixes and improvements, we encourage you to upgrade to Forms v2.
