Anytime you are able to access a SiteWrench site from everywhere except your office or campus, 98% of the time the culprit is an internal network configuration (especially when it's related to the primary site domain). Usually in these cases there's a local DNS server or ActiveDirectory domain controller with the domain configured to resolve to a different, internal IP.
All SiteWrench site domains should be resolving to 40.119.1.254. So, in order to determine if an internal network configuration is indeed the problem we need to confirm one of two things:
1. Whether or not there is actually an internal DNS server in the mix
2. And, if so, to confirm or adjust their internal domain record(s) to point to 40.119.1.254
To further complicate matters, a lot of times you will only be able to adjust one of those DNS records (usually the www one) because the other will need to resolve elsewhere for internal networking reasons. The easiest way to resolve that problem is to configure your site to require www on the default domain. So, as long as they can make sure that www.yoursitedomain.com resolves to 40.119.1.254 then you should be all set.
