What’s a Custom Page Part?

A Custom Page Part is a page part that can be configured to have its own data and template. A single site can have many copies of the same Custom Page Part with different data.

Custom Page Parts use the same structure as the matrix admin.

Custom Page Parts are treated just like regular Page Parts within the context of a site. Custom Page Parts appear in the list of Page Parts and every where that regular Page Parts appear in the admin.
